Golden Butterfly is an approximately 1998, grade, 13.3 hh, palomino mare. She came to BEHS from an abuse case and is missing part of her left ear. She?s a bit headshy on that side, but her foster ?mom? has worked with her a lot on that. Her foster mom has been on her at a walk, and she appears to be broke to ride although we?re not sure how well-broke she is. She neck reins and direct reins, and although her foster ?mom? rode her in an English saddle, she thinks she was likely a western horse in her earlier life. She will need a confident rider.
