Tri-Color Tobiano Mare Horse For Sale.

Registered as 31/32 Arabian on her Arabian Horse Association Papers, but is actually one more generation of Arabian making her about 99% Arabian.

Very refined beautifully marked Tri-Color Pinto Arabian mare. She has a ram on one side and a secret heart under her mane on her right side. It is hard to find Pinto Arabian horses with unusally beautiful markings like this.

Fancy's maternal purebred Arabian sisters have produced World/National/International Champion Pinto Half-Arabian Horses when bred to an American Paint Horse stallion. Fancy can be bred to a purebred Arabian stallion and her foals will not just be 50% Arabian, but will be 63/64 reg Arabian and actually well over 99% Arabian!

Fancy's sire was a halter futurity winner as well as siring the first Pinto Arabian foal to be exported to Costa Rica to start the first Pinto Arabian breeding program in that country. There are only a handful of offspring from her sire and there will be no more. One of Fancy's paternal sisters is a Natl Champion CTR mare and the other one is a Res Champion Futurity Halter mare only time shown.

Fancy is a special horse that needed no special professional training as she comes from a line of Arabian Crabbet Sport Horses ( Aurab) that are known for their incredbile trainabliity, size, disposition and athletic abiltiy. It was like she was born broke under saddle. On the third day of riding with a saddle we rode her out on the lakeside trails in a rain storm crossing creeks, logs, etc and she did better than a lot of older horses. She rides English or Western, sides passes, neck reins, has taken overnight stays on camping trips. She is comfortable in the lead, middle or any other position in a group ride. She is just an incredible mare. Very smooth gaits.

Fancy qualifies for the Crabbet Heritage program and shows as her sire and dam lines trace to Crabbet horses.

She was bred twice and produced a beautiful golden/flaxen high percentage Arabian gelding as well as a Pinto Arabian filly that was inspected by the American Warmblood Registry and received a 1st Premium Mare! Fancy's DNA is on file with the AWR. She can sell bred to any of our stallions, including our beautiful WC bred Pintabian stallion for a possible homozygous tobiano pinto foal.

Fancy is very refined and standing without shoes she is 14.3H, so would do best with a rider that weighs less than 150lbs and is under 5'10". With traditional show shoes and length of feet, she would probably top out over 15H. Her dam was a true 16H in barefeet and all 4 of her grand parents are 15.2H to 16H tall. Fancy was the last foal of her dam who was very old and the vets said the mare would never be able to become pregnant. Fancy was a miracle foal and even though she is much smaller than her siblings because her dam had nothing to spare a foal, Fancy still carries the genes for producing taller foals. Her foals have been taller than her as yearlings.

Currently being trained and conditioned for competitive trail and endurance riding.

She has been ridden by children and adults. She has been ridden on the trails with only a Parelli halter and reins as well as Western style in a snaffle. She does not tolerate a heavy handed riding style and prefers the rider to use weight and leg cues. We can always tell how good a rider someone really is by how she looks under saddle while they are riding. With a great rider, she transforms into a beautiful moving looking horse. Of course, the opposite is true also.

She was shown one-time at a halter futurity and took the championship ribbon ,with her sister taking reserve champion. This summer she was chosen by a famous child actor to lease to ride to get some riding time in, before he went to his newest movie set!

Very gentle, easy to work with mare. We will be taking her out to do some Competitive Trail Riding this year.
