Bay Gelding Horse For Sale.

I'm going to college in August and need to find someone to full (preferable) or half lease my horse. Calipso is a big puppy dog. Just kidding, he's a standardbred (and yes, he can canter with the best of them), but you could mistake him for a big puppy from his personality and we've been told he looks like a warmblood from his size, build, and movement.

He loves attention, and has fantastic manners. Very mellow and quiet. Alert in new situations, but never outright spooky. Has never tried to bite, kick, or throw anyone off. I ride him mainly english jumpers or hunters, but have worked with him western and he does just fine. Needs someone who has been riding at least a year and can walk, trot, canter confidently on their own. I am looking for someone who can sign at least a year contract for leasing. (Trial period of one month available before commitment).

He is at a beautiful facility on the White River between Carmel and Fishers. Board is $400/month. (Half lease would be $250) Very family oriented and a wonderful atmosphere. Outdoor ring with jumps and an indoor ring that have recently been redone with new footing. Also available are trails along the river, and several small cross country jumps.
